Question 1

How do I install the watch app?

Accepted Answer

Open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to Available Apps, and tap Install next to Badminton Score – Simple Log. Once installed it shows up on your Apple Watch like any other app.

Question 2

Why does the app ask for Health permissions?

Accepted Answer

Health permissions let the app log each match as a badminton workout in Apple Health (with calories and heart rate) and keep the watch app active and on-screen during play. The app works without granting them — you just won't get the workout entry or the always-on match screen.

Question 3

How do I export my matches?

Accepted Answer

Open Settings inside the app and tap Export CSV. You can share the file or save it to Files.

Question 4

Is it really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely. No ads, no subscriptions, no account, no paywall.
