Badminton Score – Simple Log
Effective date: June 2026
Badminton Score – Simple Log is designed to respect your privacy. The app collects no personal data, requires no account, and keeps everything you log on your own devices.
You don't sign up. You don't sign in. The app does not collect your name, email, phone number, device identifiers, or any other personal information.
All match history — scores, opponents, settings, stats, streaks — is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch. None of it is uploaded to any server. If you delete the app, that data is gone.
The app can write each match as a badminton workout to Apple Health (including calories and heart rate) and read heart rate during a match so the watch app stays active. Health data is only accessed with your explicit permission, stays on your device inside Apple Health, never leaves it, and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.
There are no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools in the app. No information about how you use the app leaves your device.
When you export your match history as a CSV file, the file is created locally and shared using the standard iOS share sheet. Nothing is uploaded.
The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Since no data is collected, no special handling is required.
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
