Force-quit and relaunch first. If it repeats, email me with the steps you took and your device model/iOS version.
Check iOS Settings > Notifications for the app. Ensure Focus modes or Low Power aren’t blocking alerts.
Most data stays on-device. If you need an export, reach out with the app name and what you want to export.
Billing is handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Apps are designed for iPhone first. iPad and Mac support varies by app; check the app page for specifics.
