Our Commitment

At KosshiiApps, your privacy isn't just a feature—it's a foundational principle. I believe the best apps are those that help you without watching you. This policy explains exactly what data the apps collect (spoiler: very little) and how it's handled.

Data We Don't Collect

Let's start with what I don't do:

• I don't track your behavior or usage patterns
• I don't sell or share your data with third parties
• I don't use analytics services that identify you
• I don't require accounts for apps to function
• I don't serve advertisements

Data Storage

Your data lives on your device. When you use features like iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account—encrypted and accessible only to you. I never have access to this data, and it never touches my servers.

Anonymous Crash Reports

To improve app stability, I may receive anonymous crash reports through Apple's standard crash reporting system. These reports contain no personally identifiable information—just technical data that helps me fix bugs.

Support Communications

If you contact me for support, I'll receive your email address and any information you choose to share. I use this solely to help you and delete support threads after resolution unless you request otherwise.

Children's Privacy

The apps do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since virtually no data is collected, this is straightforward to maintain.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. For significant changes, you may also be notified within the apps.

Crystal ID – Stone Identifier

Crystal ID has specific data handling due to its AI identification feature:

• Camera photos are sent to our server for AI identification and are NOT stored after processing
• Crystal scan results are stored locally on-device only (using SwiftData)
• Birthday (month/day) is stored locally for zodiac features — never transmitted
• No accounts required
• Subscription status is managed by Apple — we never see payment details
• The app communicates with our API server for crystal identification only
• No analytics or tracking SDKs are used

Memora – Daily Flash Cards

Memora stores all flash card decks, study progress, and streak data locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, that data is stored in your personal iCloud account — I never see it. No usage analytics are collected. Reminder notifications are scheduled locally and never leave your device.

Badminton – Simple tracker

Badminton – Simple tracker collects no personal data and requires no account. All match history — scores, opponents, settings, and stats — is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch and is never uploaded.

With your explicit permission, the app writes each match as a badminton workout (including calories and heart rate) to Apple Health and reads heart rate during a match so the watch app stays active. Health data stays on your device inside Apple Health, never leaves it, and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. You can grant or revoke these permissions any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.

There are no third-party analytics or trackers in the app. CSV exports are generated locally and shared via the iOS share sheet. Questions? Email support@kosshiiapps.com. Changes to this section will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
