Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log my weight?

Go to the "Today" tab → tap the weight button → pick your weight → tap "LOG WEIGHT".

How do I enable Apple Health sync?

Settings → Apple Health Sync → Toggle on. Grant read & write permissions when prompted.

Can I change between pounds and kilograms?

Yes! Settings → Weight Unit → choose your preference. The app will convert all data automatically.

How do I set a goal weight?

Settings → Goal Weight → select your target. Progress will show in the Progress tab.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Settings → Export Data → save or share as CSV.

Will Apple Health sync old data?

No. Only data from when you first enable sync will be included, to keep tracking clean.

How do I clear all my data?

Settings → Clear All Data. This deletes all in-app data but leaves Apple Health untouched.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes! All data stays on your device or Apple Health. We do not collect, store, or see anything you enter.

Troubleshooting

Apple Health sync isn't working

• Check permissions in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health
• Make sure both read & write are enabled
• Try turning sync off and on again in app Settings

The app is crashing or not working

• Force close and reopen the app
• Restart your iPhone
• Ensure you're using the latest version from the App Store
