Prayer times seem incorrect?

Ensure location services are enabled in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. Prayer times are based on your GPS coordinates.

Qibla compass not working properly?

• Hold your phone completely flat
• Calibrate by moving your phone in a figure-8 motion
• Ensure location services are enabled
• Move away from magnetic interference

Prayer notifications not appearing?

Go to Settings → Notifications → Salah → Allow Notifications. Also make sure the toggle is ON inside the app.

App shows "Getting your location..."?

• Restart the app
• Check location permissions
• Ensure you're connected to the internet for the first use

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! Once your location is set up, the app will cache your data and work offline.

Why are Ramadan times showing outside Ramadan?

The app uses the Islamic calendar. If this happens in error, contact support.
