Forma is designed for a calm, private workout experience. All workout journals, sets, and progress logs stay on your device unless you decide to export or back them up yourself.

Data Collection

• Workout logs, sets, reps, and personal notes are stored locally on the device.
• Display preferences and layout settings are saved locally.

No analytics, advertising SDKs, or external tracking tools are embedded in Forma.

Data Sharing

Forma does not send your data to servers or third parties. Should you export your data via the iOS share sheet, you choose where the export goes.

Children’s Privacy

Forma does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. The app is suitable for general audiences and contains no sensitive content.

Policy Updates

If we update this policy, we will revise the date above. Continuing to use Forma after updates means you accept the revised policy.
